“The Man Who Never Threw Anything Away” As an exhibition that attempts to explore “archives” and related issues through artistic practice, its intention naturally draws our attention to its similarities and differences with the popular curatorial approach of juxtaposing archival objects and artworks. Just as the Times Museum of Art did in its recent exhibition on the “Big Tail Elephant Working Group,” an eye-catching archival display area not only connects the thinking and creative paths of the “Big Tail Elephant” according to a linear narrative, but also reinforces the actuality of these thoughts and creations, the history surrounding them, and the history of their work. It also reinforces the actuality of these thoughts and creations, and the historical narrative surrounding them is further solidified, both consciously and unconsciously.
