My view of things comes from different fields of knowledge, which provide a basis for interrelated perceptions and, at the same time, a way of thinking that allows for mutual ‘cross-examination’.

It is my hope that through this intersecting, non-linear approach, potentials can be discovered that are obscured by a certain normality and order. In this way, can art be given a new function? That is, it has the potential to gain access to some kind of unfamiliar and differentiated world by changing people’s habits of perception. As a traditional method, we can only obtain this through anthropological ‘exotic investigations’, but today, the concept of ‘exotic’ is not only the concept of space, but also the ‘heterogeneous space’ brought about by knowledge and ways of knowing. The concept of ‘foreign’ today is not only the concept of space, but also the ‘heterogeneous space’ brought by knowledge and ways of knowing.
